Your account is protected by password hashing and session-token expiry. We never store your UPI or Paytm credentials on our servers — payment rails handle authentication directly on their own secure infrastructure.

Data Retention

We retain your account data — transaction logs, wagering records, and communication history — for the period required under applicable local law. You may request a copy of your data by contacting support with your registered email.

Cookie Handling

We use session and analytics cookies to keep you logged in and to measure which parts of the lobby you use most. You can manage cookie preferences via the settings panel; disabling functional cookies may limit certain account features.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details such as your registered mobile number or email address, contact support with a valid form of identification. Changes to payment-linked details require additional verification before they take effect.

Who Holds Your Data

madumatka is the data controller for all information submitted during registration and subsequent account activity. We do not sell personal data to third parties; data is shared only with payment processors such as Paytm and PhonePe as needed to clear transactions.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through the support team. Upon closure, any remaining wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the PhonePe, Paytm, or UPI source used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.

Access to certain features is determined by local law, and applicable rules may vary by state. Where local law does not permit a specific activity, that feature will not be available to you on your account, regardless of what these terms say elsewhere.

Yes. Send a data access request to our support email from the address registered on your account. We will compile your transaction records, account activity, and communication logs and deliver them to you within the timeframe required under applicable law.

We do not store your UPI or Paytm authentication credentials directly. Closing your account removes your profile from our active database. Residual transaction records are retained only for the legally mandated period, after which they are deleted from our systems.

We send a notification to the email address registered on your account whenever the terms are revised. The updated version is also published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Continuing to use your account after the effective date counts as acceptance.

Account eligibility depends on local law in your region. We do not knowingly permit account creation where local regulations prohibit it. During registration, you confirm that you are permitted to use the platform under the laws applicable to you.

Raise a dispute through live chat or email support, quoting your transaction reference and the specific clause you believe was misapplied. Our team will review the case and respond with a decision in writing, usually within 48 hours of receiving all relevant details.

In the event of a conflict, the more specific clause takes precedence over the general one. If a clause is unenforceable under the law applicable in your jurisdiction, the remaining clauses continue to apply without modification to the rest of the document.
