Open a Privacy Request With Us

Email Privacy Desk Send your data-access, correction or deletion request to our dedicated privacy email. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days, subject to identity verification.
Live Chat Support Start a live chat session from your account dashboard to raise a privacy concern directly. Our support team can escalate data-related queries to the privacy desk during the same session.
In-Account Privacy Centre Log into your account and head to the Privacy Centre under Settings. From there you can download a copy of your stored data, review consent preferences and submit a formal deletion request.

We take a layered approach to data security — from the moment you enter your UPI or PhonePe details through to how long we retain your account history.

Data Collection

We collect only what is necessary: your name, contact details, payment method identifiers for UPI or Paytm, and session logs. We do not collect payment credentials like full card numbers or UPI PINs — those stay with your payment provider.

Cookie Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time; declining analytics cookies does not affect account access.

Account Security

Your account data is stored on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account settings to add a second layer of protection beyond your login credentials.

Data Retention

We retain account records for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law. Transaction records linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payments are kept for audit purposes and then securely deleted on schedule.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access a copy of your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate records, and ask us to delete data we no longer need. Submit any of these requests through the Privacy Centre in your account settings or by emailing our privacy desk.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data with payment processors — including UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe — only to the extent needed to complete your transaction. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

We collect your name, email address, phone number and the payment method identifiers you use — such as a UPI ID or Paytm-linked mobile number. We do not store your UPI PIN or full payment credentials; those are handled entirely by your payment provider.

Log into your account, go to Settings, and open the Privacy Centre. Click 'Download My Data' and we will prepare a copy within 30 days. Alternatively, email our privacy desk with your registered contact details and we will process the request the same way.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the Privacy Centre or by email. We will remove data we are not legally required to retain. Transaction records tied to UPI or Paytm payments may be held for a statutory period before deletion, as required under applicable law.

We store only the transaction reference numbers and amounts needed for your account history. Full payment credentials — UPI PINs, PhonePe passwords — are never passed to or stored on our servers; they remain with your payment provider at all times.

We share data only with payment processors such as UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe to complete transactions, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any advertiser, data broker or unrelated third party.

You can update most profile details — name, email, phone — directly from your account settings. If a field is locked or the correction involves payment method records, contact our privacy desk by email or live chat and we will process the correction within seven working days.

When we make material changes to how we process your data, we send a notification to your registered email address and display a banner in your account dashboard. Continuing to use your account after the notice period indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
